Terms & Conditions SHIPNOX
Welcome to SHIPNOX. By engaging in our services, you (“Client”) agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are established to protect both SHIPNOX and our clients, ensuring transparent communication and professional integrity.
1. SERVICES OFFERED BY SHIPNOX
SHIPNOX provides the following professional services:
- Shopify/WooCommerce dropshipping store setup
- Branding and design consultation
- Paid ad setup & guidance (Meta Ads, etc.)
- Product research & winning product guidance
- Private supplier sourcing
- US virtual address support (if mentioned in the package)
- Mentorship (basic, mid-level, or lifetime – depending on package)
- Course access and educational support
- Premium Telegram community (if included)
2. PAYMENT TERMS
- All payments must be made 100% in advance before services are initiated.
- Once payment is received, a formal agreement is shared with the client for digital acknowledgment (e-sign or confirmation).
- No service will begin until this agreement is approved by the client.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- The client must provide correct information such as full name, email, phone number, brand/store name, and other setup details.
- The client must cooperate actively during the process (responding to queries, approval for designs, product selection, etc.).
- The client must not share SHIPNOX’s paid content, mentorship, or private supplier data publicly or with third parties.
4. REFUND POLICY
SHIPNOX follows a strict no-refund policy once services have been initiated and the agreement is signed.
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The service has not been started within 10 working days after payment (due to SHIPNOX fault).
- The client has not breached any clause from the agreement.
5. BREACH OF AGREEMENT (BY CLIENT)
In the event the client violates any terms mentioned above or the signed agreement:
- SHIPNOX holds the right to terminate the service immediately.
- The client will not be eligible for any refund or compensation.
If the client defames, threatens, or misuses SHIPNOX brand name or content:
- Strict legal action may be initiated under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Indian Contract Act, 1872.
The client may be blacklisted and banned from all SHIPNOX future services.
6. WARRANTY & LIABILITY
SHIPNOX is responsible only for the services mentioned in the client’s selected package.
SHIPNOX is not liable for external issues like:
- Platform policy changes (e.g., Shopify, Facebook, Instagram)
- Client’s ad performance (if client is running ads themselves)
- Delays due to client’s late communication
- Payment gateway issues (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
- External bans or platform suspension
7. SERVICE TIMELINE
Each service has its timeline:
- Store setup: 3–7 working days (after agreement confirmation)
- Mentorship & course access: same day of payment
- Product sourcing: 2–3 working days
- Ad setup (if included): 2–5 working days
These may vary depending on the package or service load.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising shall first be tried to be resolved mutually through WhatsApp/email conversation.
If unresolved, legal jurisdiction will be Udaipur, Rajasthan or as per SHIPNOX’s business registration jurisdiction.
9. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
SHIPNOX reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions anytime without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review the updated terms on the official website or by direct notice
10.Client confirmation and acceptance
By making payment and digitally signing the agreement, the client confirms they have read, understood, and accepted all the above terms.
